There is this tiny little censor in the heart of all human kinds,
which warns them when something is not right.
There is this tiny little alarm in the heart of all human kinds,
which warns them when they are doing something wrong.
There is this tiny little soft spot in the heart all of human kinds,
which tells them to be merciful when they are becoming merciless.
There is this tiny little radar in the heart of all human kinds,
which tells them which is the right way to go when they are lost.
There is this tiny little compass in the heart of all human kinds,
which points them to one direction that will lead them right.
There is this tiny little room in the heart of all human kinds,
which God chose to reside and it is in there that they find Him.
God has created man with perfection. He sent angels to guard him, left and right, front and back, up and below, in the heart and in the womb. He gave this tiny little censor it us which tells us where’s danger and where’s safety. He gave us mind to think, and He gave us heart to feel. There are voices around us which whispers to us, but how many times have we listened? When suddenly we feel we shouldn’t do something, how many times have we stop in our tracks and turn back? Stubborn are we. How many times have we actually listen to voices within our hearts?
Sometimes we feel an emotion which we cannot explain, but we are all just too stupid to comprehend. If we could only, for once, give what the heart wants, how happy and joyful it would be. But dear God, how huge is the pride of human beings? How arrogant is he?! He communicates with us through our hearts, but we hardly have time to listen.
But don’t you see, when we are down on our knees, nearly giving up, when we are down and it seems that we can’t go on, it is HE who came to us and comforted us. He is the one who knelt beside us to tell us that it is going to be alright. When it seems that things around us threatened our safety, it is He that protected us. When it seems that we have gone too far, it is He who called upon us. When it seems that there is no hope, it is He that gave us hope. When tears are streaming down our cheeks, it is He that wipes our tears. He is the one that stays with us when everyone else is gone.
Even the truest of friends have to leave sometimes. Even the bestest of friends can’t stay with you throughout the night. But don’t you see, when everyone is gone, He is still right there besides us. He sat there in silence, waiting for us to talk to Him. He will always be there.
When it seems that there no more hope left, there is always one last hope. All we have to say is “Dear God!” and He’ll be there just for you.
How is it, knowing all that, can we not love Him? For all the things that He have given, for all the things that He have done.
